The recently nominated ministerial nominee Dr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma has been confirmed as a Minister of the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, after a screening exercise by the senate on Thursday.
Darma, was appointed this week by President Bola Tinubu to replace Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, the immediate past Minister of Housing and Urban Developmen.
While responding to questions from lawmakers on housing deficit and Urban renewal, the Minister says he intends to work with other stakeholders to achieve set targets.
The Katsina born appointee who holds two PhDs was a secretary and chief executive officer of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund, PTDF. (GSF)
