Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at a meeting with the special envoy of the President of Sierra Leone, Foreign Minister Timothy Musa Kabba, stated that Astana pays special attention to developing co-operation with African countries. This was reported by the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.
“The President noted that Kazakhstan pays special attention to expanding interaction with the countries of the African continent,” the statement said.
The sides discussed prospects for co-operation. Timothy Musa Kabba delivered a special message from Sierra Leone’s President Julius Maada Bio to the Kazakh leader and expressed gratitude for the warm welcome.
The interlocutors confirmed their mutual interest in developing bilateral relations and deepening partnership in various fields.
