UN Secretary-General António Guterres has paid glowing tribute to Nigeria’s late former President Muhammadu Buhari, hailing him as a champion of peace, institutional reform and multilateralism.
Visiting Nigeria House in New York on Friday, Guterres said Buhari’s legacy of selfless service and dedication to Africa and the world would endure.
