The Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation A.L.Podelyshev met with Minister of Internal Affairs of Nigeria O.Tunji-Ojo.
According to a statement by the Embassy in Abuja, the two parties had conversation on the prospects of expanding bilateral cooperation in the areas of internal security, combating transnational crime, countering terrorism, and digital security were discussed.
The parties confirmed their interest in developing practical cooperation between law enforcement agencies, including the exchange of experience, training, and participation in joint initiatives within the framework of the Russia-Africa Forum platform.
